1999 Tobin James, Inspiration, Paso Robles, Sauvignon Blanc. Very Kiwi-like. Nice floral notes on the nose, citrus and melon on tongue tip, lovely acidity and a little spice across the palate, and a languishing finish. Married nicely with room temperature mesquite smoked roaster and salad. No oak detected at all in the wine.

Popped the '06 recently that came with the Fall '07 shipment. List price: $14. Alcohol level: 13.6%. It is now call "Sundance." Tastes very much like the '99. Liked it very much.
