- martini1 - 05-16-2003 Is it possible to (quickly and easily) buy a 50 year old port? Seems the right thing for a 50th birthday, but... - Bucko - 05-16-2003 http://www.wine-searcher.com/ - Kcwhippet - 05-17-2003 You could also try ebay. - Glass_A_Day - 05-17-2003 The best place to buy older vintage wine is Wine Commune. It is exactly the same as eBay, but wiht wine only. Selling wine on eBay is almost obsolete now. Everyone should check it out. I have found some good deals there. http://www.winecommune.com/ - Bucko - 05-17-2003 BTW, no one declared Port between 1950 and 1955. Graham declared in 1954, but they were the only house to do so. - drutzen - 05-26-2003 To get close to 50 years, there is a 1948 Taylor on winecommune. |
