Veuve Clicquot’s signature brut champagne is recognized and loved worldwide for its full flavors, crisp, consistent quality and famous yellow label. It is a blend of fifty percent Pinot Noir, twenty percent Pinot Meunier and thirty percent Chardonnay. On opening, the wine gives off a bright bouquet of lemon, apple, brioche, a light touch of minerality and a hint of flowers. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, crisp and well balanced, with bubbles, good backend mineral drive and a long, brisk and focused finish. Brut is the driest of all champagne classifications and is extremely food friendly.
